By using the 399 Beat website and app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read this policy in full before registering.

2Membership & Registration

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same NID, phone number, or banking details, all accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.

3Account Verification (KYC)

All members must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal. The following documents are required:

• Clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID (NID).
• A selfie holding your NID.
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction proof may be required if requested.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 business hours. Once verified, you won't need to go through the process again — unless unusual activity is detected on your account.

11Account Closure & Suspension

Members may request to close their account at any time. 399 Beat may also suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

12Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, contact 399 Beat customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

In disputes regarding betting outcomes, 399 Beat's decision is final — however, an explanation will always be provided to the member.
